The current generation Kutsuwa Shōchikusai (given name: Kutsuwa Yutaka轡豊) is based in Arima, Kobe City, Hyogo prefecture, and the artist represents the fourth generation in bamboo crafting family tradition.
He started crafting bamboo baskets in April 1967.
