1997 Started learning the bamboo craft art in Uda city of Nara prefecture
2002 Won his first prize at the Japan Traditional Kōgei Kinki Exhibition (Nippon Dentō Kōgei Kinki
ten), and won a prize every year
2003 Won his first prize at the Japan Traditional Kōgei Exhibition (Nippon Dentō Kōgei ten), and
won a prize 8 times later at the exhibition thereafter
2005 Won his first prize at the Japan Traditional Kōgei Wooden Exhibition (Nippon Dentō Kōgei
Mokuchiku ten), and won a prize 4 times later at the exhibition thereafter
2011 Award by Shiga Prefecture Education Board
2016 First exhibition in Europe at Galerie Mingei Japanese Arts, Paris, France.
